Munnar
The scenic hill-station of Munnar is situated at the
confluence of the Mudhirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers. One of the most
famous hill stations of South India, Munnar is situated around 1600 meters
above sea level. It consists of vast expanses of tea plantation and exotic
flora and fauna. Some major places of attraction here include Tea Museum,
Attukud Waterfalls, Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary and Mattupedi Dairy Farm.
Vythiri
Situated in the Wayanad district of Kerala, Vythiri is a
picturesque hill station situated around 120 kms away from Ooty and about 63 kms

and exotic flora and fauna (many endangered species of birds and butterflies
are found here.) Agasthyamalai Biosphere Reserve, Menmutty
Falls, Peppara Wildlife Sanctuary are a few of the must-visit places in this
picturesque hill-station.
