Who all are gearing up for all the
fabulous music festivals around the corner? This year I will be attending the Bacardi Enchanted Valley Carnival for the first time, and boy am I looking forward to
it! Have a look at BEVC's artist line up to know what I mean. I
am sharing with you my top essentials that I keep in handy while going for a
music festival. Here is a list of all the things which help me have a smooth
and fuss free time while I groove and sway to my favorite tunes.
Sun Protection
The number one essential on my list
will always be a sunscreen. It should be a top priority on your list too. My
favorite sunscreens are Vichy Capital Soliel (SPF 50) and Vaseline Healthy
White Lotion (SPF 24.) Besides a sunscreen with adequate amount of SPF and PA++
that you should reapply whenever you can, it would be best to also carry a hat/scarf
and sunglasses.
Power Bank
Although the battery life of my OnePlus
One is pretty good, I keep a power bank in my backpack just in case. One should
not have to worry about their phone's battery life while recording their
favorite artists and incessantly updating snapchat stories.
Contact Number List
Imagine getting lost from your group
when you phone is dead, or worse, stolen! Gone are the days when we used to
memorize phone numbers. It would be best to make a list of the contact numbers
of all of your friends and distribute copies of this list to everyone in the
group.
Wet Wipes, Tissues and Hand Sanitizers
You wouldn't know the importance of
carrying tissues and wet wipes unless you are in dire need for one. I always
keep pocket tissue with me, but often forget carrying wet wipes and a
sanitizer. Not this time my friends.
Dry Shampoo
Ain't nobody got time for shampooing
their hair every day at a music festival! I highly recommend TIGI's Rockaholic
Dirty Secret Dry Shampoo to revitalize lifeless hair. And if you are not in the
mood for spending much on a dry shampoo, use good old baby powder instead.
Now tell me, what are your absolute
must-haves when you are hitting a music festival?
